Where do you draw the line regarding this assertion? Surely you agree there must be a line. For me a paedophiliac would not be someone whose needs I would wish to see accomodated.
On a more general note, don't those of us you label as "neurotypical" (I would strongly argue there is no such thing) have rights? It is our labour that supports people with high dependency. Are we not entitled to choice as to whether we are prepared to make that sacrifice?
