To me, living in Ireland and watching UK and European news, this sounds highly speculative and improbable. There are at least 1 million unfilled vacancies in the UK. Unemployment, even at 3% or 4% is a thing of the past here. Can you provide a source for this figure, which suggests that the USA is in a state of total economic collapse.
