This seems to me to be an entirely semantic argument. Throughout the centuries of human existence people have beilieved in many gods. The percieved nature of these gods differs from age to age and cultural group to cultural group. So 'god' can mean what y ou want it to mean, including love. For me god does not exist. However, I do believe in the power of love. It hs nothing to do with a creator or 'the source of nature' in the scientific sense. It is, I believe, something within each of us, and many other sentient beings. It is associated with empathy. It may or may not be part of a survival instinct, the idea that we are stronger together than when acting alone.
