Hi Byron. I left the UK in 2006 purely because my son and his Irish wife had settled in Ireland already. We have similar problems wrt health service waiting times and hospital overcrowding. Rents are high but, if you have capital, house prices are much lower than the UK. Since Brexit and the takeover of the country by the super-rich, I could not be more grateful for the piece of luck that brought my son and his wife together. One thing, as it happens, to be grateful to the NHS for!
